Predetermined Responses allow a reviewer of an On the Job Training or Self Study module to quickly and easily submit responses to user submissions.

To add or edit Predetermined Responses navigate to System Settings. Which can be found in the Cognition menu under the Configuration heading. In System Settings click on the Learning Module tab. Then locate OJT/SS Modules Settings heading, you may need to scroll through the page. Underneath the OJT/SS Modules Settings heading you will find Predetermined Responses.

  On this page, all preexisting Predetermined Responses will be listed. To add a new response click Add Predetermined Response.

The following modal will pop out.  Select whether to show this for reviewers on approvals, declinations, or both and add your response text.  Click Add and your response is now available to reviewers.
