Navigation Menu for Administrators
The Navigation menus in Cognition are the best way for administrators to get around the site. As our platform has grown over the years, we’ve added more features to help Cognition become a true Learning & Development Platform that supports not only Learning Management but full associate development with Performance Management, Talent Management, and more. We’ve restructured our navigation menu to make it easier for you to get around and to find what you’re looking for and to give us the ability to expand into even more features to service you.
Here are some of the highlights of our biggest changes:
New HR Tab - Performance Management, Goal Setting, Talent Management, and Progressive Development links can now be found in the HR tab.
Documents and Collections (formerly Dashboard Courses) have moved from the Administration tab to the Learning tab
Task administration links have moved from the Learning to the Administration tab
Quick Reports, Module Report Groups, and Report Templates have moved from the Administration tab to the Reports tab
Resource Link administration has moved from the Administration to the Cognition tab

The Learning tab has links to everything you need to configure, deliver, and administer training for your users.
