Gradebook Report

The Gradebook Report allows administrators to review scores for a test or group of tests. The test scores show in a grid, with a row for each user and a column for each test. To run a Gradebook Report, start by clicking on the 'Gradebook Report' link under the 'Testing Analysis' heading in the 'Reports' menu.

Select Tests

Once you're on the Gradebook Report page, you will need to select which test(s) to report on.  You can choose to run the report by selecting specific tests, selecting one or more Curriculums to output all tests associated, or by selecting a Module Report Group.

If you chose to view the report by Test or Curriculum, you will click the blue ‘Select’ link at the right. If viewing the report by Module Report Group, you will select the Report Group in a dropdown.

Searching for a Test

When searching for specific tests, a pop-up will appear. Enter your search criteria and click 'Search Tests'. Select the test(s) you wish to report on by checking the boxes to the right. Then click 'Add Selected Tests'.

You can perform additional searches and add more tests.  As you build this list, the selected tests will form a list at the bottom of the modal.  When you have selected every test you wish to report on, click 'Return Selected Tests'.

Additional Filters

After you’ve selected the test(s), you can optionally set additional filters to narrow the results. You can choose a date range, or you can filter in user properties, such as Locations, Job Codes, Extended User Properties, etc. When you're finished setting all the filters, click 'Generate Report'.

Report Output

Once the report has generated, you will find the users’ IDs and names at the left, and tests/learning modules along the top. The grid will show a test score if the user took the test.

In this example, the test selected is included in two separate modules, so you will see a column for each module.
