Cognition Knowledge Base
Courses
Courses are essentially lists of related modules. They are used together with Curriculums and /wiki/spaces/CKB/pages/448102401 to automatically assign modules to users.

Adding a New Course
To start, click on the 'Courses' link under the 'Content' heading in the 'Learning Management' menu.
You will be brought to this page. From here, you can search for and edit existing Courses. To add a new Course, click the green '+' button at the top right.
Step 1
First, you will need to choose a code and name for your new course, and add a description. When you're finished, click 'Next'.
Step 2
In this step, you will choose which modules will be in your course. Click 'Add Learning Module(s)'.
A modal similar to the one below will pop out. Set the search criteria and click 'Search Learning Modules'. Check the boxes to the right to select exactly which modules to add, then click 'Return Selected Learning Module(s)'.
You can repeat this process to add more learning modules. When you're finished, click 'Next'.
Step 3
Finally, review your new Course on this page. If you are satisfied, click 'Finish'. Your new Course is now ready to use in a Curriculum.
