Configuring Learning Modules with Articulate Storyline

This page details how to configure the Publish settings of your Articulate Storyline content for use with Cognition.

 

Step 1 - Publish window - LMS / LRS tab

  1. Click Publish in Articulate Storyline

  2. Fill in your Learning Module Title

  3. Set Report to an LMS to the launch type of your choice

Step 2 - Reporting and Tracking Options window - LMS tab

Under Publish > Reporting and Tracking, the LMS tab settings will appear different depending upon your selected tracking type:

The Learning Module title you filled in in Step 1 should auto-populate into the correct fields.

2nd, 3rd and 4th editions of SCORM 2004 are supported.

 

 

 

 

Next, click the Tracking tab on the left.

Step 3 - Reporting and Tracking Options window -
Tracking tab

Under Publish > Reporting and Tracking, the Tracking tab settings will determine how the learner's progress will be tracked.

Make sure at least 1 of the 3 checkboxes are checked.

To track using a quiz completion, the module must contain a valid quiz and Results slide.

Click OK

Step 4 - Publish window - LMS / LRS tab

From the Publish window, click PUBLISH.

Uploading to Content Cloud?

Click ZIP to create a .zip file.

 

Uploading to an FTP server?

Click OPEN.

Save your Storyline project file after publishing to save these Publish settings.
