Launch Type

SCORM 1.2
AICC
Complete On Launch

  • If using SCORM 1.2 or AICC, be sure that the selected option matches content's configuration

  • Content created in Rise 360 tends to function best with SCORM 1.2

  • Any URL can be made into a learning module with Complete On Launch. The student must confirm that they have completed viewing the content in order to receive a completion. A common use case of Complete On Launch is web articles.

Launch URL

Create new
Link to any URL where your desired content may be hosted. This could include your intranet or any external server.

Build from root
The first section of the URL is pre-generated based on the available root URLs specified in the Environment Settings page of the Administration menu. You will need to provide the precise file path of the eLearning launch file, indicating its exact location on your web server (FTP).

Contact your support specialist if you need assistance locating or configuring the launch file of your content.

Verify Launch URL
Verifies whether or not the URL points to an accessible file, but does not ensure that the file type is correct or that the file itself is not corrupted or otherwise unusable.

To ensure the files are configured properly, the module should be tested by assigning it to your own Development Plan and launching it.

AICC Core Vendor
(AICC only)

This is an advanced feature where you can add additional launch parameters to your AICC module.
