Test Information

On this page, you will be required to enter in a Code, Name, and Type for your new Test. Administrator Notes can be used to internally record information about the purpose or intent behind the content.

Test Types

There are multiple options for the Test Type that can be used to suit your Learning Modules. The options are:

  • Cognition Test - A test that utilizes Question Pools that create a multiple choice test that can use Text, Audio, and Images.

  • Courseware Test - A test that works off of a custom eLearning module. For example, an eLearning module can have questions for the user to answer, which can then be scored and saved into a Courseware Test to make sure the user is comprehending an adequate amount of the content.

  • Session Test - A test given in person during an Instructor Led Training (ILT) session can have a score manually entered from the roster tab, along with their attendance.

  • Submission Test -  A test that is scored based off of a user’s On the Job Training (OJT) or Self Study submission.

Test Properties

Next, enter further properties for your Test. These include whether you want students to receive question feedback, a custom passing grade, timed questions, etc.

Selecting a Question Pool

On this page, select a previously created Question Pool to include in your Test.

When you have successfully added a Question Pool, review all your past settings and hit the green Finish button at the bottom of the screen.  This action does not create a Test Only Module, but it does create the test which can be added to an existing module or be used to create a Test Only module.
