This page will help you understand the various test settings and their corresponding features.
Test Settings
Setting | Description |

Allow Testing Immediately After Completing Content | Test will be available immediately after completing the associated content. |
Enable Test Policy | A test policy will have to be acknowledged before a user can start a test. |
Test Policy Text | Text that shows if Test Policy is enabled. |
