On this page, you can set preview data for the various Cognition fields that can be used in Dynamic Documents.  When previewing a Dynamic Document, data from the 'Preview Data' column is used.  By default, all definitions are 'Active'.  Unchecking the 'Active' checkbox will prevent you from mapping that field in a Dynamic Document.  However, it will not change the mapping of any pre-existing documents.  In the 'Links' column is a list of every document that references each field.
