Session Room Double Booking Behavior

Allows or prevents double booking of a Session room when creating an ILT Session.  Setting this to 'Off' will allow unrestricted double booking.  Setting this to 'Warning' will display a yellow warning message to users.  Setting this to 'Prevent' will show a red error message to users and refuse to schedule the session.
