Delivery Method

Displays current delivery method.  Should typically be 'Standard Delivery' for production sites and 'Testing Email Address' for staging sites.

Test Email Address

The email address emails will be sent to for testing.  Should only appear on staging websites with the 'Testing Email Address' delivery method.

No Reply Address

Email address system generated emails will appear to arrive from.

Send Test Email

Button that once pressed displays a pop up window that asks for an email address to send a test email to.

Instructor receives Session notifications

Instructor will receive notifications for Sessions.

Student Receives Session Notifications

Student will receive notifications for Sessions.

Supervisor receives Session notifications

Supervisor will receive notifications for Sessions.

Reviewer receives OJT/SS Submission notifications

Reviewers will receive email notifications when they receive OJT/SS submissions.

Student receives OJT/SS notifications

Student will receive email notifications when OJT/SS submissions are declined.

Supervisor receives Student OJT/SS notifications

Supervisor will receive email notifications when a direct report's OJT/SS submission is declined.

Enable Past Due Emails for Students

[Add Positions]

Toggle if Student users get emails for their own past due assignments. You may add position filters to this field to limit that only the positions selected, that are students, will receive a Past Due assignment email.

Enable Past Due Emails for Supervisors

[Add Positions]

Toggle if Supervisor users gets emails for their immediate direct reports of who have past due assignments. You may add position filters to this field to limit that only the positions selected, that are supervisors, will receive a Past Due assignment email for their immediate direct reports.

Enable Digest Emails for Locations

Toggle if Locations receives an email as to if any students at said Location have past due assignments. For example this might go to an individual store’s email.

Enable Outstanding Tasks Emails for Instructors

Toggle if Instructor users are notified via email, that they have tasks on their teaching plan that require attention.

Selected Proactive Email Module Report Group

Select a specific Learning Module Report Group to limit which modules will appear in the Proactive (upcoming assignments) Email. If no learning module report group is selected. Than all active modules will be included.

Enable Proactive Emails for Students

Email Header

Customize the Email Header for certain emails. Contact us if you’d like to know information about this setting.

Email Footer

Customize the Email Footer for certain emails. Contact us if you’d like to know information about this setting.

Enable New User Welcome Email

Toggle if a welcome email will be sent to users the day they are added to the system. This email must be enabled in the user’s Division in order to send.

Enable New User Reminder Email

Toggle if you wish to send periodic emails to new users who are not registered. This email must be enabled in the user’s Division in order to send.

Send to user [X] times

The amount of times a new unregistered user will receive a Reminder Email.

Send every [X] days

The frequency a new unregistered user will receive a Reminder Email based on days.

Enable Session Reminder Email

Toggle for students that have scheduled ILT sessions if they will receive a Session Reminder Email.

Send to user [X] days before session

The number of day(s) prior for when the Session Reminder email will be sent to students.

Allow emails to be sent from Session roster

This checkbox will allow emails to be sent from the Session Roster.

Allow Students to email Instructors

Allows Student to send email to Instructor.

Enable Development Plan Reminder Notification

When this box is checked, in Development Plan Administration, under 'More Options', there will be an option to 'Send Reminder Email' to the student.

Allow students to send incorrect supervisor notifications from OJT/SS modules
