Requires all Users to enter Recaptcha security information to access features on the main homepage (e.g. Login, Reset Password, etc.)  Recaptchas may not be enabled on your site, but this setting will still appear.

These two settings control when users must enter a Recaptcha.  If the number of attempts within 'Attempts Before Recaptcha Timeframe' (in minutes) exceeds 'Attempts Before Recaptcha', then the user will have to complete a Recaptcha for subsequent attempts.  Recaptchas may not be enabled on your site, but these settings will still appear.
