The Smart Group Assignment History Report provides a complete view of which learning modules are associated with each Smart Group in your system — along with key assignment settings. It’s designed to help you understand how Smart Groups are being used to deliver training, and to easily audit or troubleshoot module assignments across the system.

Because Smart Groups can be used in many places and linked to multiple learning modules at once, this report offers a consolidated snapshot of all current relationships. This report can be found and run under the “Reports” menu in Cognition. You will need to select one or more Smart Groups to include in the report. When generated, the report downloads as an Excel (.xlsx) file and shows each Smart Group, its associated learning modules, and key data such as Effective Date Ranges, due date settings, and other assignment rules.

• Days To Complete

• Smart Group Code/Name

• Module Code/Name

• Module Type

• Duration

• Weight

• Smart Group LM Association Date

• Current Effective Date Range Start Date/End Date

• Next Assignment Change (If there is another Effective Date Range set, this column shows the start date)

• IsBreak (TRUE / FALSE, if TRUE, then an Assignment Break is set and the module is not currently assigning)
