Module Report Groups
Module Report Groups are a way to organize modules to quickly and easily select modules for reports. For example, an Assigned Learning Module Status Report allows you to select one or many modules for the report. If you will be frequently running a report on a group of modules, a Module Report Group allows you to skip the task of searching for and selecting the modules and reduces the chance of forgetting a module, or adding an unintended module to your report.

Creating a new Module Report Group
To start, click on the 'Module Report Groups' link under the 'Custom Report Options' heading in the 'Reports' menu.
This will bring you to the Module Report Groups page. From here, you can search for and edit existing Module Report Groups. To create a new Module Report Group, click the green '+' button at the top right.
Name and Description
First, choose a code and name for your new Module Report Group and enter a description. By default, the 'Display for All User Roles' checkbox is checked, and anyone who can run a report can use the Module Report Group. Unchecking the box will only allow Enterprise Administrators to use the Module Report Group. When you're finished, click 'Next'.
Module List
In step two, you will select which modules will be in your new Module Report group. Click 'Add Learning Module(s)' to search for and add new modules.
A modal will pop out similar to the one below. Use the modal to search for modules. Check the boxes next to all the modules you wish to add, then click 'Return Selected Learning Module(s)'.
You can repeat this process until you've added all the desired learning modules. When you're finished adding modules, click 'Next'.
Review
In this step, review all the setting and modules. If you are satisfied, click 'Finish' to create your new Module Report Group.
