Restricting SSO Access with Positions
Starting in version 8.9.0, it is now possible to restrict access to Single Sign-On for Skillsoft.
To start find or create Positions with users who you want to be able to access Skillsoft. You can filter access for The Bay and Hudson’s Bay separately, so you should find or create separate Positions for each.
Once you’ve created your Positions, navigate to Systems Settings and select Single Sign On from the More tab.
Add your positions to the list for The Bay and Hudson's Bay. When you’re finished adding Positions, remember to hit Update at the bottom of the page.
