Rehiring a User

If your organization has a daily user data import, that will handle most cases of rehiring users and reactivating their accounts. However, there may be times where you may need to manually rehire a user.


Rehire with User Administration

Navigate to User Administration by selecting Administration from the top menu bar, then select Users.

Search for a inactive user by changing the Status filter. Then you can Rehire the user from this grid by selecting Rehire at the right. You can also rehire from a user’s profile page, as shown below.

When you select the Rehire option, a popup will then appear.

Here you will be able to set their Division, Location, Job Code, and Rehire Date. All these fields are required to complete the rehire process for this user. Then press the Rehire button.

A confirmation window will appear. Select Yes to complete the process.

The user has been rehired and their Status field it marks them as: Active - Manually Rehired.
