Forgot Login ID
If you have forgotten your 'Login ID' and have an email address in cognition, retrieving your ID is very simple. First, navigate to the login page, then click on 'Forgot Login ID' along the top of the screen.
On the next page, enter your email address into the text box and click 'Send'. You will receive an email with your Login ID.
