Generating a Password Reset Key for a User
Generate Reset Key Button
When administering a user, the Security tab has a 'Generate Reset Key' button.
Upon pressing this button, a 5-character key will be generated and displayed to you, as well as emailed to the user if they have an email in the system. Giving this key to the user will allow them to use it in the 'Forgot Password' wizard.
Forgot Password Wizard
On this page, click the 'Forgot Password' button at the top of the login page. Then, after entering your Login ID, click the 'I have a Password Reset Key' link on the right.
On this page, enter your unique key and set a new password and a new secret question/answer.
