Add Goal Types to a Performance Review

To include Goals in your new Performance Review or Goal Setting Process, you will need to add the Goal Types that you want to include to your Review. Goal Types are categories of Goals that you can define.

Adding Goal Types to a Performance Review

  1. Go to the HR menu tab and select Performance Reviews. You’ll see a list of all performance reviews.

  2. Click on Edit of the Performance Review you would like to add Goal Types to.

  3. Click on the Goal Types tab.

To add a Goal Type, search for it in the Selection Box and then click Add.

Once added, Goal Types can be configured further to control options for adding new goals as well as evaluating these goals during a performance review.
