To make your Performance Review easily accessible to users and reviewers, you can add a link straight to it from the Student Dashboard! Let’s walk you through the steps.

Showing a Link on the Student Dashboard

1. First go to the Cognition menu and select System Settings.

2. From there, select the Interface tab at the top of the page.

3. Scroll down on the page until you reach the HR Functions Box. From here you can:

• Customize the title of the widget that is shown to users on the Student Dashboard by typing into the Title field

• Add your Performance Review into one of the Performance Review Link field by clicking into one of the boxes and selecting from the list that pre-populates

  • Note: If a user is part of multiple Performance Reviews, a link for each will appear on their Dashboard

Here is what these links will look like on the Student Dashboard after you’ve added them to the HR Functions Box:

1. To add a link to a Performance Review for the reviewer groups, go to the Information tab of the Performance Review.

2. Go to the Show On Dashboard setting and check the groups that you want the link to show to. This will add a link to their Admin Dashboard.
