When your Goal Setting phase is complete, you will need to manually trigger the Performance Review to start the review process. This will trigger the evaluation tools to become available.

1. To move a Performance Review from Goal Setting mode to Performance Review mode, go to the Information tab of the Performance Review.

2. Next to the Status setting, you will see the status summary of all of the users in the Performance Review. Click Start Performance Review.

Once you are ready for Performance Reviews to begin, be sure to make sure that Dashboard Links are showing for users.
