This report allows you to review overall performances scores for your users. To run a Performance Report, click on “Performance Review Status Report” under the HR heading in the “Reports” menu.

The filters available to you are similar to that of the Goals Report with a few exceptions:

• Report On - this radio button allows you to run a status report on everyone that you are scoped for, on just your Direct Reports or Report Pyramid, or on any HR Groups that you manage.

• Performance Review Periods - Select the Performance Review Period that you would like to report on. This will include all Performance Reviews in that period.

• Performance Reviews - Select any specific Performance Reviews that you would like to report on.

• Report Groups - Select any Report Groups that you would like to report on. Report groups allow you to group Performance Reviews that you frequently report on together.

• Location - allows you to select any specific user locations that you would like to filter the report by.

• District - allows you to select any specific districts that you would like to filter teh report by.

• Status - these indicate the step of the Performance Review that the user(s) is in; the platform defaults to including any incomplete statuses. To include performance reviews that are complete, select the complete status.

• Past Due Only - select to have the report filter to show only those that are Past Due on their Performance Review.

• User Status - select from “Active Users Only,” “Inactive Users Only,” or “Both Active and Inactive” to display in the report.

• Include Report Excluded Users - Report excluded users are users who are on Leave of Absence and other users who should not show up on reports by default (such as test users). Select the checkbox if you do wish to have those users included in your report.

• Report Template - select from the Report Templates that you have uploaded into the platform.
