This features allows you to modify multiple modules at once on a student’s Development Plan, including modifying the due dates or granting credit.

Open

To begin, navigate to the Learning menu, select Development Plan Administration (DPA) and search for the user. Once found, you will click on View at the right in the Options column.

Note: Another way of getting there is by going to the More Options menu button at the right when you are on their User Administration page. Click View User Development Plan to jump to their Dev Plan.

Once you are on the user’s Development Plan, click the Edit Multiple button at the top right.

Open

Select the modules you want to modify. Then select an action at the bottom:

• If you want to edit due date settings, click “Edit Assignment.”

• If you want to modify the status of the assignments (Complete, Incomplete, etc.), click “Modify Status.”

Editing Assignments

If you click “Edit Assignment” you will then be presented with the option to make individual assignment changes by clicking the due date, or you can click Edit All to make changes to all the assignments.

When editing a single assignment, you’ll see a pop-up with settings to Override Curriculum, set new Due Date Settings, and Allow Student to Remove.

For Curriculum Assignments, you’ll need to check the Override Curriculum box if you want your changes to take effect.

If you click Edit All, you’ll see a similar pop-up with settings to make bulk changes to the assignments.

Note that for the due date settings, you can choose a specific date or you can add/subtract a set number of days for each due date.

Once you are satisfied with your choices, click Ok and the pop-up will close. Then finalize the changes by clicking the green Apply button at the bottom left.

Modifying Status of Assignments

If you click “Modify Status” you will then be presented with the dropdown to select an action: granting Completions, Exemptions, Incompletes, or Voids.

You are required to enter a Reason for this manual status update and will need to check the box to confirm your acknowledgement.
