Uploading Users
To add or remove users from Global HR Groups, you will need to upload an Excel file with two or more columns (required: User ID and Group Name) and headers in the first row. This will overwrite any current Global HR Group Associations (but will not delete Groups or alter managers). If you need to add users, the best way is to download the user list, add users to the Excel file, then upload that modified file.
Once you've uploaded a file, you'll need to map User ID and Group Name to columns in your Excel file.
Once you've set the column mapping, another modal will appear with the results of the upload attempt. You can click 'View Details' to see a version of your upload file annotated with the results of the upload. If you are satisfied, click 'Commit Changes'.
Download User List
Clicking Download User List exports a list of users in HR Groups as an Excel file. If a user is in more than one Global HR group, they will appear multiple times, once per HR Group. The user list generated by this function will have many of the same columns as a User Report.

Edit Managers Modal
Clicking 'Edit Managers' in the main grid will open a modal to add and remove managers from an HR Group. This modal has a type ahead drop down searchable by name and ID to add users and a grid to remove them.
