eLearning modules can utilize one of the industry standard launch types (sometimes referred to as “tracking types,” “learning standards,” etc.) to monitor and gather data on learner activities, interactions, and progress. Content authoring tools (Storyline, Rise, etc.) allow for a choice of launch type when publishing an eLearning module. Cognition supports the following launch types:
