To make your Performance Review easily accessible to users, you can add a link straight to it from the Student Dashboard! Let’s walk you through the steps.
Showing a Link on the Student Dashboard
First go to the Cognition menu and select System Settings.
2. From there, select the Interface tab at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down on the page until you reach the HR Functions Box. From here you can:
Customize the title that is shown to users on the Student Dashboard by typing into the Title field
Add your Performance Review into one of the two available Goal Link fields by clicking into one of the boxes and selecting from the list that pre-populates
Change the order the Goal Links will appear in on the Student Dashboard by modifying the Ordering (shown on the right side of each field)
It’s best to use one Goal Link field for Performance Reviews and the other Goal Link field for Goal Setting. That way each user can have a link for their current Performance Review and a link to their next year’s Goal Setting.

Showing Reviewer Links on the Admin Dashboard
To add a link to a Performance Review for the reviewer groups, go to the Information tab of the Performance Review.
Go to the Show On Dashboard setting and check the groups that you want the link to show to. This will add a link to their Admin Dashboard.
