Landing Pages
Landing pages can be used as curated resource pages to display related content and announcements. You could create resource pages for departments, a specific training curriculum, or groups of associates. Landing Pages can also act as custom Login Pages with information that is publicly accessible.
Adding a New Landing Page
Creating a new landing page is pretty simple. First, navigate to the Landing Page editor under the administration menu, press the ‘Add New’ Green plus button, and fill in the required fields.

Left is the catalog thumbnail for a landing page. if the circled “i” icon is clicked the right image is displayed, showing the Header Title and the Description of the Landing page along with a direct link to the page.
Information Tab
After setting up the landing page, the fields for Landing Page Name, Description, Header Title, and Header Subtitle are all available to be changed after creation with additional controls listed below.
Information
Here you will see many of the original text fields when creating a new Landing Page, along with some new controls.

Public Access
Public Landing pages can be used as custom login pages that also display announcements or content that you’d like to be publicly accessible to associates without having to log in. You can have multiple external landing pages to provide separate login pages for different banners, departments, or companies. Some options over Public Access are listed below.

Landing Page Layout
Four central portions make up Landing pages, the Hero Image, the Announcements, the Content Catalog, and the Trending Now list. Each section can be disabled independently of another (besides the Trending Now list), requiring the Catalog to be enabled.

Announcement Tab
The Announcement Tab is the place for administrators to organize and add announcements to public or private landing pages. Clicking on the central dropdown menu will bring up a list of announcements. Then, by either scrolling or searching for an announcement, press the green plus icon to add it to the Landing Page.

Catalog Tab
The Catalog tab is where admins can add Learning Modules to the landing page. The types of Learning Modules supported in the Catalog Tab on Public Landing Pages are as follows:
eLearning - Users can view the course and have the option to redeem credit after completion
Video - Users can view the video and have the option to redeem credit after completion
Compliance - Users can only view documents. They cannot sign off.
On the Job Training - Users can only view the form. They cannot submit
Self Study - Users can only view the form. They cannot submit.
While in an Authenticated Landing Page content will be added to the users' development plan, and can be completed from there.
The “Select a Learning Module” box is how you add Learning Modules to the Landing Page. You can search and scroll for a specific announcement and then click the green “+” to add the selected Learning Module. Each column can be used as the sorting justifier by clicking on the column header.
Trending Now Tab
The Trending Now section of the Landing Page shows a ranked list of content with the most views in a recent period of time. It automatically shows active announcements and content in the Public Catalog. You can select the timeframe for how far it should look back to calculate views (between 1 week and 1 month) and set how many items show. The Title for the ‘Trending Now’ section is also editable in this tab.

For announcements that are pinned, The order or “Rank” is editable by the administrator. On the left side of the announcement a text box appears where the rank can be edited, lower numbers will rise to the top. After selecting the rank of each pinned announcement press the “Apply Pinned Order” to change the order in the LMS.
Audience
The Audience acts as a filter for who can see a landing page while logged in. The Audience filter does not affect unauthenticated users for publicly available landing pages and only affects users who are logged in.

Completing Modules for Credit
Video and eLearning modules can be completed for credit from Public Landing Pages. When a user completes one of these module types, they will see the pop-up below.
There are two ways to receive credit:
The user can enter their login credentials receive credit immediately
The user can save a redemption code and enter that later when they log in. (They can write down the code or have it emailed to them.)
Redemption codes can be used on the student dashboard at the bottom of the 'Redeem' tab. The user should enter the code and click 'Redeem .' The completed module will be added to their history.
