Audiences are a way to create preset filters for groups of users who can view certain announcements. You can create an Audience and re-use that Audience for different announcements, to make sure that the viewership is consistent across all of them.
Information Tab
Here you can edit the text boxes of Code, Name, and Administrator Notes. Then if you wish to stop having this Audience being an option. Uncheck the Is Active box for that result.
Filters Tab
Here you select the filters that make up this Audience. You may filter users by Division, Roles, and Position. To set values for any filter, use the dropdown at the left to search and select values. Make sure to click the green plus button to add each value.
Curators Tab
Here you may add which Curators get to manage content for this Audience. They are searched and added the same way as Filters. Click the dropdown, search and select a name, and lastly press the green plus button to add the user. Though remember, in order to appear on this list, a user must first be a Curator on a Announcement Channel.
