Performance Review

Rating Legend Info URL

Enter a URL here to link to a more detailed explanation of the Rating Legend.

This link is shown to users when they are in a performance
review and click the star rating scale icon. Then they click on the More Info
button at the bottom and that will bring up the web page that was entered
in the Rating Legend Info URL.

Rating Scale

Defines the scale for how rating an associate’s performance is broken up/described. Please contact Reflection Software to adjust this setting.

Student Notification Settings

Setting

Description

Enabled

Enables or disables email messages to students from the goals workflow.

Subject

Subject line of email to students.

Body

Body of email to students.  When you send an email, you will have the option to add a brief (500 characters) custom message.  Use the $Details$ token to choose where this custom message appears.

Supervisor Notification Settings

Enables or disables email messages to supervisors from the goals workflow.
