With Goal Types set up, your next step is to create goals to live within those templates.
As you create Goals, this begins to build out your Goal Library - a list of goals that you can pull from and/or re-use in years to come.
Adding a New Goal
Under the HR menu tab, select Goals. Click on the green Add New button.
Fill out the settings:

Click Add Goal.
Repeat this process to build out the rest of the goals you will be assigning to your employees for this review.
