Assigning Goals to a Group of Users
Under the HR menu tab, select User Goals. Click on More Options in the upper right corner and select Assign/Remove Goals.
From the Function field you can select ‘Assign’ or ‘Remove’ from the dropdown.
To Assign - make sure ‘Assign’ is denoted in the Function field. Upload a user list with the Employee IDs of the associates you wish to assign goals to. Then select a Goal from the Goal field by scrolling or typing into the filter box for quicker results.
To Remove - make sure ‘Remove’ is denoted in the Function field. By default, any Goals that have activity will NOT be removed; by selecting the Remove Goals with Activity checkbox, you are allowing Goals with activity to be removed from those users. Next, Upload a user list with the Employee IDs of the associates you want to remove goals from. Then select a Goal from the Goal field by scrolling or typing into the filter box for quicker results.
Note: To assign multiple goals to the same user list, click Add a Goal. Once you have selected all of your goals, click the Assign button.
Assigning/Removing a Goal from a Single User
There may be times where you will need to remove a goal from a single user.
Go to the Learning Management menu tab and select User Goals
Search for the user using their name or ID.
Expand the goal that you wan to remove and click on the options button. Select Remove.
