When your Goal Setting phase is complete, you will need to manually trigger the Performance Review to start.
To move a Performance Review from Goal Setting mode to Performance Review mode, go to the Information tab of the Performance Review.
Next to the Status setting, you will see the status summary of all of the users in the Performance Review. Click Start Performance Review.
This will switch over the settings to the Performance Review settings and allow users to begin evaluating and reviewing!
