Landing Pages
Landing Pages are custom pages where users can view Announcements and view training content before logging in. A new feature to Landing Pages is having pages available for those who are logged in.
Adding a New Landing Page
The process of adding a new landing page is easy but powerful. After clicking the green Add New plus button, fill in the four fields displayed below.
Setting Field | Description |
---|---|
Landing Page Name | The landing page name is on the administrator's side. |
Description | In the Catalog, clicking on the circled i (left image) Icon will bring up a text box with the description and link to the landing page (right image). |
Header Title | The large title is at the top of the landing page. |
Header Subtitle | The smaller subtitle underneath the Header Title. |
Information Tab
After setting up the landing page, the fields for Landing Page Name, Description, Header Title, and Header Subtitle are all available to be changed after creation. With the addition of being able to change the end of the Landing page URL.

Show Collection in Catalog on Dashboard
This checkbox option will have the selected landing page appear under the Catalog tab on the Student Dashboard, with its default state being off.
Collection Image
This image will be what appears in the Student Dashboard Catalog. Clicking edit will allow the administrator to update the Image or clear the image.
Public Access
The public Access tab gives administrators control of how the functionality of the landing page will change when accessed before login.
Setting | Description |

Enable Checkbox | Allows to enable and disable public access entirely while keeping the landing page open for logged-in users. |
Public Header Title/Subtitle | Allows to change the title and subtitle for public users while keeping the title for logged in users different. |
