Training Huddles allow you to gather up to 50 users together in a room and train on a single computer or big screen. The group of students can then all receive credit for the assignments at the same time.

Learning Module settings

For a module to be available for Training Huddles, it must have the “Allow Training Huddles” box checked. This setting can be found on the 'Information' tab when editing a Learning Module. Only eLearning, Video, and ILT modules have this setting available.

There is also a "Force Training Huddles" setting, if you want to require students to complete via a Training Huddle. Only eLearning and Video modules have this setting available. If enabled, students will not be able to start the training from their Development Plan and will see a message saying to seek out their supervisor to complete the training.
