eLearnings have the ability to limit which types of devices can launch the content. This setting is located in the eLearning Settings tab.

Some administrators may want to ensure specific content is launched on a certain device type in order for users to receive the best experience.

If you have no need to restrict the content to a particular device type, you can leave this option set to All device types.

Regardless of this setting, learning modules launched via Training Huddles can be launched from any device type.

All device types

The eLearning module can be launched on all desktop and/or mobile devices. This is the default option. If you have no need to restrict the content to a particular device type, leave this option alone.

Mobile only

Users can only launch this content on a device running a mobile operating system - iOS, iPadOS or Android. This setting also applies to content on launched via Public Landing Pages. It does not apply to Training HuddlesIf this setting is set to Mobile only, users on a desktop device will not be able to launch the module.

Desktop only

Users can only launch this content on a device running a desktop operating system - Windows, macOS, ChromeOS or Linux. This setting also applies to content on launched via Public Landing Pages. If this setting is set to Desktop only, users on a mobile device will not be able to launch the module.
