eLearnings have the ability to limit which types of devices can launch the content. This setting is located in the eLearning Settings tab.

iPadOS
Mobile only
Users can only launch this content on a device running a mobile operating system - iOS, iPadOS or Android. This setting also applies to content on Public Landing Pages. It does not apply to Training Huddles.

iPadOS
Regardless of the Request Desktop Website configuration on your iPad, iPadOS will always be detected as a mobile device (iOS). Avoid selecting Desktop only to allow launching a learning module from iPadOS.
