Using the QR Code Sign-in for Training Huddles
The QR Code Sign-in tool allows students to sign into a Training Huddle by scanning a uniquely generated QR Code. Students who sign-in via the QR Code will receive credit for any Learning Modules that were completed in the Training Huddle after they had signed in. The QR Code can help expedite the sign-in process, making it easier and faster to begin the huddle.

Sharing the QR Code for Students to Sign-in
Students can scan the QR Code directly on the Training Huddle page. Clicking on the QR Code will open up a larger version in a separate tab for easier scanning.
Tip: If you’re teaching a virtual session where your participants are joining on personal computers, you can copy the sign-in URL below the QR Code and paste it into your chat to make it even easier for participants to join the Huddle!
Student Sign-in Experience
When students scan the QR Code, they will be taken to the login page. They will need to use their User ID and password to login. Once they have logged in, they will be asked to confirm that they are signing into the session. They will receive a success message once signed in.
Troubleshooting Sign-in Issues
There are a few reasons why a student may not be able to sign-in to a session. Below are some tips on how to troubleshoot these situations:
Invalid Training Huddle ID Unavailable
If manually typing the Training Huddle URL, be sure that the URL entered is correct and without typos. Try scanning the QR Code if the device has a camera.
Too Many Users
Training Huddles have a limit of 50 participants. Remove any students who are not in attendance so new students may sign in, or consider splitting the Huddle into to two separately scheduled training sessions.
Login Errors
If a student is unable to login on the login page because they forgot their password, or username; instruct the student to use the “Forgot Password” tools on the login page or underneath the “More Options” menu on the Training Huddles page.
