Maintaining a Session Waitlist
When working with Sessions, you have the option to use the 'Waitlist' feature. This allows you to maintain a list of users that could be added to the roster if seats open up.

Adding Students to Waitlist
To access the 'waitlist' tool, go to the session homepage of your choosing and click the blue 'Roster' header at the top of the page. Then click the 'Add to Waitlist' button at the bottom.
Students Adding Themselves to a Waitlist
Students can add themselves to waitlists via their Development Plan. Simply find the ILT module you wish to join, and select the green 'View Sessions' button.
Moving Students from the Waitlist to the Roster
Users that are on the waitlist can be added through the 'Roster' tab. Simply scroll down to the waitlist and select the 'Add to Roster' button to the right of the desired users name.
Creating a New Session from a Waitlist
If the waitlist becomes large enough to prompt another separate session, under 'Tools' you can select 'Create Session from Waitlist'. This will put all of the students on the last sessions waitlist into the new sessions roster and copy over all other settings, much like Copying an Instructor Led Training Session. From here, any adjustments to location, start date, etc can be made before publishing the session.
