Student View
My Goals Description	Textbox	Student view description of goals workflow.	This page is here for you to set and work on your goals. You can set both Performance and Development Goals. At any point you can communicate your goals with your supervisor by pressing share.
Performance Goals Description	Textbox	Student view description of Performance Goals.	Performance goals directly correlate to your current role in the company. Work with your supervisor to understand how your goals contribute to the company's overall goals and objectives.
Development Goals Description	Textbox	Student view description of Development Goals	Development goals directly correlate to your individual growth that will enable you to master your current role and/or prepare you for the next role in our company. Work with your supervisor to determine which development goals would work best for you.
Other User View
Other user Goals Description	Textbox	Supervisor and other user view description of goals workflow.	Review the Goals and provide comments where necessary. Use the share button to send an email to the associate.
Other User Performance Goals Description	Textbox	Supervisor and other user view description of Performance Goals.	Performance goals directly correlate to the associate's current role in the company. Coach the associate to guide them toward setting goals that contribute to the company's overall goals and objectives.
Other User Development Goals Description	Textbox	Supervisor and other user view description of Development Goals.	Development goals directly correlate to the associate's individual growth. Coach the associate to set goals that will support them in their current role and/or prepare them for the next role in our company.
