The Student Test Attempt Report allows you to view test attempts for a single user.  To run this report, first open a user’s test attempts, including their selected response to each question, and what the correct response is.

Getting the report

Open the 'Student test Attempt Report' page found under the 'Reports' tab.  You can search for a specific student user by name or employee ID or do a more general search narrowed by location, job code, etc.  Enter your search criteria and click 'Search Students'.

Once you have completed your search, you can view the report for an individual student by clicking 'View Report' next to the user's name.

Clicking View Report will open a new window and display the students test attempts with time spent taking the test, their correct answer percentage, whether they passed or failed, and any additional notes.  You can view a detailed report on a single attempt by clicking the blue underlined links for each individual attempt.

Once you’ve found the user you are looking for, click 'View Report' at the right.

Viewing the report

At the top, you’ll see some basic information about the user. Below that you’ll see a list of all the user’s test attempts for any tests they’ve taken.

For each completed test attempt, you can click the blue link to view more details.
