Navigate to the student’s development plan.
Click the OJT module assignment so it expands. Then click the Start Review button.
Confirm you wish to skip the student submission phase by clicking Start Review.

For reviewer initiated modules, declinations should be set up as None (approvals only), and Decline and close assignment only. They should not be set up as return to student since the student submission was skipped. |
Setup
If you want reviewers to be able to start regardless of assignment, make sure role can make assignments with DPA, (assign retakes?) etc.
