The review can be initiated from the reviewer dashboard, or through development plan administration. Scope for the reviewer’s role applies when searching for users. Note that this will bypass the student answering any student questions. The module history and submission report will show that the reviewer initiated the submission.

from the reviewer dashboard:
Select Start a New Review
Select the Student and Learning module. If the module is not assigned to the student, this process will automatically assign the module and start the review.

To initiate the review from the Student Development Plan:
Navigate to the student’s development plan.
Click the OJT module assignment so it expands. Then click the Start Review button.
Confirm you wish to skip the student submission phase by clicking Start Review.
